CANADIANS pay on par prices at My Beading Art! Please place items in your cart and checkout. Wait for an email invoice in Canadian funds, via PayPal. Example: If you see an item listed for $40 USD, you only pay $40 CAD.

Preferred payment method: PayPal

Don't have an account? You don't need one - you can pay by credit card and PayPal will protect your financial information from third parties. If you create a FREE PayPal account (www.Paypal.com) you can fund your purchases via your bank account.

Shipping

We generally mail most envelopes via Canada Post to keep additional costs (for you and us) low! If you'd prefer a different shipping method - just ask.

Our added shipping fees just subsidize our costs for shipping and handling and postage. We don't make money from getting your items to you.

Refunds and Exchanges

We generally do not accept refunds or exchanges but we do offer gift certificates for those hard-to-shop for friends and loved ones!

Items are packaged very well - please contact us if you receive your item damaged. We will work with you to reach a suitable outcome.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM WORK

Non-refundable deposits are required for all custom work. I do my utmost to ensure you are pleased with the final product. Custom work is a process and often involves some back-and-forth communication about your preferences, budget and design possibilities.

The desposit partly covers research, time, concepts, photography, supplies, etc. Most artists don't make any money on custom orders until the job is completed and the final payment is received.

A cancelled orders results not just in a lost sale, but an actual loss to my business as I manage orders on a first-come-first-served basis and sometimes turn away work when I have all I can handle. Deposits may not be refunded or applied as a store credit.
