Welcome to both national AND international buyers! International buyers please contact me for a quote on your shipping cost before making your purchase. Thank you so much for your interest in MyJunkyTrunk!

Payment

PayPal (credit cards, epayments through PayPal). Louisiana residents are subject to state tax.

Shipping

Your item(s)will be secured in protective packaging and will ship within 10 business days of the receipt of your PayPal payment. I generally ship much faster than this, but I post this timeframe just to be on the safe side. Original paintings will be shipped via USPS Express mail and insured for up to $99 automatically. Additional insurance is available at the request and expense of the buyer. All other items will be mailed via USPS Priority mail. All items are shipped with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION so that your package can be easily tracked.

If any listing shows that you will receive a discount on shipping a second item, that item must be equal to or less than the cost, size and weight of the first item.


Refunds and Exchanges

PRINTS-
There are no refunds as all items are a final sale. I package my prints with the greatest of care and in a manner that ensures that they will reach you safely and undamaged. In the unfortunate event that the postal service mishandles your package during the shipping process, please let me know. I ask my customers to provide a photo of the damaged item(s) so that I may review it before replacing the item. Each situation is assessed on a case by case basis.

T SHIRTS-
There are no refunds as all items are a final sale. I am VERY careful to discuss t-shirt sizing and expected fit with my customers, however in the event that you choose a size, and the shirt does not fit according to your liking, you may ship your shirt(s) back to me undamaged at your expense, and then I will ship another size(s) to you, also at your expense.

ORIGINALS-
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON ORIGINAL WORKS ON CANVAS.

I inspect every piece before shipping, and always strive to ship merchandise that is without blemish, flaw, or damage. PLEASE GIVE ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECTIFY ANY ISSUES THAT MAY OCCUR BEFORE YOU LEAVE FEEDBACK IN MY ETSY SHOP. My goal is always your TOTAL satisfaction, and it is my pleasure to serve you!
