While we work to have as fast a turnaround as possible, PLEASE let us know (in notes to seller) if you need your items by a certain date. Obviously, very large orders might need a bit of extra time-- please contact us if you have any worries.

We ♥ custom orders!! No, really! We do! We are more than happy to set up a custom listing for you at no additional cost. We can do pretty much any number of crayons or play dough that you need...just send a convo to get the ball rolling.

Like the number but not the colors? Add a note to seller at checkout on what colors you do (or don't) want. We're more than happy to use the colors that match your party theme or favorites.

Can't find your mold at all? Yes! We're happy to search high and low to find the perfect crayon mold for you.

Regarding Sensa-Dough:

We're sorry, but we can't make custom stickers/labels for dough. I only wish I were that talented!

If you're needing a larger number of dough, there's a good chance it will fit in a Medium Flat Rate box! Just let me know what you need and we'll try to save on shipping costs for you.

Regarding shipping:

If you need your order by a certain date, PLEASE let me know! I work hard to get everything out as fast as possible, but it always helps to know the date the order is needed by.

We're currently shipping most of our orders (single items) by 1st Class Mail. If you are needing it ASAP, I highly suggest bumping it up to Priority. For a bit extra, you're getting a 3-day delivery, on average. Multiple items are usually sent via Priority.

Your Satisfaction is our goal! If any crayons arrive broken, let us know. We'll get a replacement to you ASAP. If, for some reason, you're not happy with your order, let us know. We can't make it better if we don't know there's a problem.
