My little monologues...

Let's get acquainted! My name is Rita, a photographer behind Monography, also known as MyMonography here on Etsy and social sites.

I come from Latvia. It's a small European country near the Baltic sea with often freezing cold winters, torrid summers, colorful autumns and very fresh, even sparkling springtime.

In 2012 I moved to UK and now I live in Belfast - Northern Ireland. Beautiful, green island with absolutely lovely people.

Here, in this photography shop, You'll find my little monologues (as I call them), which I've succeeded to catch through my camera lens and turn them into my very own vision.

Payment

I accept payment by PayPal only, as it is secure, fast and accept all major credit cards.

I ship prints only after I have received payment. If payment hasn't been made within 3 days of placing an order, with no email correspondence, I will cancel the order.

Shipping

I will ship your order to your ETSY address. Please make sure it is the correct address.

I ship from UK to worldwide destinations within 3-5 working days of receiving payment via Royal Mail. I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been sent.

Packages typically takes between 5 and 7 days to arrive in Europe, between 12 and 14 days outside of Europe.

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage.

FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
Please note that buyer is responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
I am not responsible for prints that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, I will replace small orders free of charge. For large orders and large prints, items will be replaced only if you purchase an insured shipping option or pay a small fee to cover the additional cost.

Photos are unframed.

All photographs are printed at a professional photo lab that caters to professional photographers – not consumers.

Please note, that printed colors may differ from on-screen preview imagery due to wide variety of display types and calibration issues. I guarantee, that final product will be carefully balanced using professional equipment and proof printing.
