He is descended from a tribe of Celts who ventured out onto the wild North Atlantic Ocean in currachs. (Native canoes).
He studied art/drawing at University College Dublin with Aiden Gaffney.
He studies Japanese Art History at Trinity College Dublin.
The "Tis" was born on Merrion Square in Dublin , Ireland.
Twiggy was the inspiration, our Siamese kitten, now a lovely old pussy cat.
The Tis pictures are usually drawn on the sea cliff path on Howth Head.
The "Tis" got its name when people asked "Is it a cat? , a mouse?, a bunny?, a rat?.
Each time I answered, "It is, 'tis", so they became known as "TIS" ®
