Prior to an order being placed all changes/requests/add-ons must be finalized.
I CANNOT ACCEPT ANY CHANGE REQUESTS AFTER AN ORDER IS PROCESSED BECAUSE IT WILL NOT SHOW UP ON THE PRINT OUT OF THE ORDER FORM THAT I GO BY TO MAKE THE ORDER. I get so many etsy convos a day that I cannot rely on any referencing an etsy conversation when I am making the final product, which is why everything needs to be correct in the actual order receipt.
IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL PENDANTS - I NEED TO HAVE RECEIVED YOUR MESSAGE PRIOR TO YOUR ORDER AS THIS OFTEN REQUIRES A CUSTOM REQUEST PIECE. I CANNOT ACCEPT A REQUEST TO ADD PENDANTS IN THE CHECK OUT NOTES OF AN ORDER.
