I'm so greatful for my grandmas giving me the Pringles cans to decorate, the cigar boxes to embellish, and the stacks of Sears catalogs to make collages with. Those were just a few things I was able to do to release my creativity when I was very young.
As the years went on I decided I would attempt to start drawing, wow that wasn't so hard, let's try painting, it was pretty fun also! Pottery, printmaking and ceramics ranked pretty high too.
After high school I decided to try graphic design. That was absolutely where my heart was. I learned all aspects from beginning to the final product. Graphic design helped me so much with my future designs.
After meeting my husband we decided after we were married and pregnant that raising a family was more important that me working.
Art has never left my heart and I am afraid it never will. 19 years later I am full blown into making whatever I can, from felt flowers, fabric flowers, quilts, hair bows, crochet blankets, and many other various items, I love to experiment!
Jump on and enjoy the ride with me! I promise it will be fun!
