Payment
For your convienence I accept credit cards via PayPal, checks and money orders.
Please note: your items will be shipped to your registered ETSY address unless otherwise specified in your
If you are paying by money order or personal cheeck please let me know as soon as you make your purchase. Please Note: that items will not be shipped until payments are received and cleared.
You can pay via PayPal, and use your credit card even if you do not have an account with them.
International Orders: Buyers are responsible for all custom's taxes in their respective country.
Shipping
Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. Please make sure that your Etsy shipping address and PayPal address match. Items will be shipped to the Etsy address unless otherwise requested.
I put a lot of care into making each item and thus take great care when shipping them. Jewelry Items will be sent in a 100% recycled gift box within a bubble wrapped envelope. In efforts to reduce waste, if more than one item is ordered, jewelry pieces may be consolidated into a single gift box. If you do want individual gift boxes, just let me know, and I will be happy to send them along.
Depending on order size, apparel is shipped in large envelopes or small boxes. Small prints (A2) are shipped in bubble-lined envelope. Large prints are shipped in a cardboard tube.
My scheduled post office days are Tuesday and Friday. If you need something sooner or require rushed shipping, please contact me first via an Etsy Convo. To be safe, please allow at least 8 business days to receive your items for domestic orders.
I ship internationally via USPS First Class International.Sometimes additional charges occur at customs and I am not responsible for any fees, taxes or delays that might occur. If you require Priority, Express, or Insurance just let me know in the "message to seller" box. I will send you an invoice for the difference.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy and delighted with your purchase. Should you desire to return or exchange an item, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your item.
Exchange: There is a sizing chart on each apparel item listed, please check it, but don't fret, if the shirt just doesn't fit right when you receive it, send it back and I will send you a new one.
Returns: I want you to be happy, so if what you bought just doesn't work for you, I will gladly give you a full refund for your purchase. Please note: Item must be in original condition and unused.
Damage: If your items is damaged in any way in delivery, just let me know and I will send you a new one.
