When placing your order for a Party Outfit I will need the following information:
Size Top,Tutu, Age(number), Name and a MUST your order must State Date Needed:
Orders missing any of this info will be put on hold and make time will start upon receipt of full information.
Party Outfit orders needed in less than a 12 business day turn around are Rush orders and carry a Rush fee but please convo me first. Only rush orders showing a Rush fee and agreed upon will be counted as such.

Regular Tutus 6-8 Buisiness days
Business days (Mon-Frid) except holidays.

Please refer to the shirt size chart on each listing. Our shirts run a tad small please order up a size, sorry there are NO EXCHANGES on custom tees NO EXCEPTIONS!! We send the size you request and trust you havemade the necessary allowances. If ordering as a gift please make sure you are ordering the right size.
Gift giving to another location be sure to give the details please include the message you would like placed on your gift tags.

SHIPPING POLICIES
WE SHIP TO THE SHIP TO ADDRESS CONFIRMED DURING YOUR ETSY PURCHASE BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS THE ADDRESS IN YOUR PAYPAL OR ESTY DIRECT PAY TRANSACTION TOO. If your ITEMS are RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS the additional shipping cost will be billed to you via a PayPal invoice and the item re-shipped to the correct address upon receipt of payment.
Our shipping costs DO NOT provide insurance with it. We recommend insurance as we cannot be held responsible for any items after we drop them at the post office, we provide tracking on all US shipments if you want protection please contact me so we can add the insurance cost to your purchase
