♥ HOW DO I ORDER?
Ordering instructions are located on each of my listings under the area or tab called ITEM DETAILS. Just look for the words ITEM DETAILS.
Under the ITEM DETAILS, you'll find:

The pictures at the top of each of my listings normally show several examples of the product. Simply scroll or swipe to the right to view all of the photos. Click on the images for a larger view.
♥ WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
♥ MOST every printed item I offer ships out within 3 business days from date of purchase. (*See exceptions below)
♥ I ship Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
♥ EXCEPTIONS:
..... Printed posters - these arrive to you in 7 to 10 business days, once you approve your proof
..... Vinyl Banners - these arrive to you in 6 to 8 business days after you approve your proof
♥ HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
I ship by the following:
♥ USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL - once your order is in the mail, this normally takes 2 to 5 BUSINESS days to arrive to you
♥ USPS PRIORITY MAIL - once your order is in the mail, this normally takes 2 to 3 BUSINESS days to arrive to you
♥ USPS EXPRESS MAIL - once your order is in the mail, this takes 1 to 2 BUSINESS days to arrive to you
USPS Express Mail shipping times ARE guaranteed by the post office.
USPS First Class Mail & USPS Priority Mail shipping times ARE NOT guaranteed by the post office.

♥ WILL I GET TO SEE HOW MY ITEM WILL LOOK BEFORE YOU PRINT?
Yes! I do send proof images for ALL of my personalized products, within 24 hours of placing your order. No need to request it - I automatically send them:)
These will be sent via an Esty conversation message (you will be able to find them in your Etsy conversations and you should also receive a copy of it sent to your email address associated with your Etsy account).
If you don't receive your proof, be sure to check your spam/junk folder in your email reader (sometimes Etsy messages can end up there).
OR, log onto to your Etsy account and check your conversations for it.
If you still don't find it, let me know and I'll be happy to re-send it.
♥ DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNING?
So sorry but I am not accepting any custom design work at this time. I am not able to design something from scratch for you and I am not able to use your own artwork, photos, logos, etc. on my products.
I only offer the designs you find in my Etsy shop.
However, I may possibly be able to make minor changes to my designs for you, such as a background color change, a font style or a font color change, etc. --- but please message me ♥BEFORE♥ placing your order to see if it's possible. I am not always able to make the changes you'd like.
If I am able to, a design fee may also apply, dependent upon labor time. Additional changes may also add to turnaround time.
