MY CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 3-4 WEEKS (not including shipping time). There are times we get it done sooner than 3 weeks, but there are also times when it's a few to several days after. Sometimes fabric gets delayed, one of us gets sick, or orders come in all at once and all of that delays completion time. If there's something you want the order for that's within or at the end of the turnaround time, please let me know. I try really hard to accommodate customer deadlines, but there are times when I just can't unless the fabric is rushed for an additional fee.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including customs fees. Most countries have an import tax and the buyer is responsible for paying any and all customs fees.
I have zero control over those charges. I do not know how much they will be nor am I responsible for paying for them. I'm sorry, it's totally out of my hands, and I do not give refunds for customers unaware of or unwilling to pay customs charges.
