I treat every transaction with the same care I would expect from any other seller. All emails are replied to within 24hours unless I am out of town. All orders are shipped within a week, but usually the same day unless they are custom orders. Custom orders can take anywhere from less than a week to several depending on size.
If you are purchasing multiple items and sending your payment through the mail please wait till you hear from me so I can update your shipping cost and you don't over pay. PayPal customers I can just refund through PayPal so you can pay right away and I can give you a refund later or you can wait for my invoice with the updated total.

My prefered method of payment is through Paypal but I understand some customers are uncomfortable making payments online by credit card so I do also accept Money order/ cashiers check as well as personal check. I also allow cash payment should customers decide to pick up in person

My shipping cost is usually a quote for the cheapest shipping possible. Like most people I dislike paying a huge amount for shipping. My prices are for the cost of post only, I never charge for packing materials or any kind of handling fee. Shipping method depends on each item. When possible I try to upgrade shipping, or I refund any excess through paypal if I overcharge. Some heavier items I automatically over charge because its difficult to set one shipping price for everyone in the country.

Prints are either shipped in a rolled tube or flat in a bend resistant envelope.
Refunds and Exchanges
Shipping insurance is provided; should a problem arise such as an item arriving broken a refund is provided through the USPS office through their claims department. Insurance for international shipping is currently not being offered by the post office.
If your item arrives damaged, destroyed, or never arrives...
I can give a refund for the cost of the item only, or I can give you a store credit for the full amount with shipping. Again US customers receive refund from the post office for damage. I do not require proof of damage for prints though I do appreciate seeing pictures so I can fully understand what happened and make sure its not do to faulty packing.
I do require proof of damage with gourds specifically on international orders. US customers have insurance on their packages so refunds can be received from the post office for damages. Each situation is different so please contact me with questions.
Please consider before leaving feedback that I do not have any control of your package once it goes to the post office. Sometimes packages are lost, delayed or destroyed; all I can do is try my best to understand what went wrong and make it right.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I now offer gift wrapping! We have some gorgeous Christmas wrapping paper and ribbons now. It might just be a little extra shipping because we will have to double box your item. But if your running late and need to get those last minute presents to their new homes fast this is the way to go. I love wrapping gifts and every attention to detail is given to ensure each gift looks like a gem. There is no additional time added to your shipping I usually still will ship the same day or the next morning. Just don't forget to ask for priority, or express shipping if you need it at checkout.
Wrapping is just $2.50 for small items and $5 for large items which includes your choice between two to three types of paper and ribbons.
