Custom and personalized orders
I have no idea how to personalize something I make but if you do let me know.
For custom orders I require a non refundable deposit of half of the agreed upon price. I expect that you know exactly what you want and are able to communicate that to me (make me understand). Once a designed is agreed upon there's no going back (I won't make it over and over until you think it's right).
If you provide any supplies (stones, beads, wire etc) and don't pay the balance upon completion I keep the deposit and all supplies provided.
Sizing details
I try to provide a good description of size but sometimes I get excited and forget, if you have any questions about size feel free to send me a message.
Care instructions
Raw copper and Brass pieces...if it's very dirty (something spilled on it, dropped in mud etc) give it a scrub with an old toothbrush and dish soap be sure to dry it well before putting it away. To keep the shiny parts shiny give it a rub with a polishing cloth as needed.
Plated copper pieces...I use a high quality wire called Parawire, it's copper wire that is plated in fine silver and given an anti tarnish coating from the factory, designed to be permanent. If it gets dirty you want to wash it gently as it is plated but the coating does make it more durable, a tooth brush and dish soap will work, DO NOT polish.
