Here you will find my handmade items such as hand painted burlap pillows, pillow covers, ring bearer pillows, burlap table runners and grain sack style table runners.***PLEASE READ SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT BELOW BEFORE PURCHASING.*** Send me a convo if you have any questions or would like to request a custom item.
SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT- Due to high order volume, my current production time for made to order items is approximately 2 weeks from purchase date before shipping. Larger orders or custom items will take longer, I will give you a time estimate based on your order. If you need something sooner, send me a convo before purchasing and I will let you know if I can accomodate your request. Items that are all ready made will be mailed out within 2 business days from purchase date. Everything in my shop is made by me alone and it is important that each item is given the time and attention that it needs to meet my expectations and yours.
I ship priority in the US (2-3 business days) and first class for international shipping (usually 7-14 business days, though depending on customs, could be longer).

Please verify that your ship to address is correct when purchasing. I don't want any delays in getting your items to you:) If you have entered someone else's address for me to ship to, please make sure their address is correct too. If it is a gift, let me know by sending me a convo or leave a message at checkout. If I know it is a gift I will not send an invoice and I can add a gift tag as well.
Customer service is very important to me. When you make a purchase from me I will send you an Etsy convo as soon as possible, confirming that I have received your order. When your item is shipped I will send an email with the tracking number with a link to track it. If it is a custom item, I will also send photos of the finished product through convo. I answer all inquiries as soon as possible, usually the same day. I appreciate your interest in my handmade items and want you to have the best possible experience at North Country Comforts.
