OceanAvenueSilks' Shop Policies
Welcome
Welcome to Ocean Avenue Silks! I will do my best to provide excellent and friendly customer service! A lot of my scarves are sent as gifts, so each one comes gift packaged and includes a tying instruction sheet. Also, I can send with a gift tag and special message, just put your note in "message to sender" along with the shipping address. (I do not include an invoice in my packages.)
Payment
I accept PayPal. I will also accept a money order from the US Post Office, please contact me after purchasing.
NOTE: California Residence, there will be a 7.25% sales tax charge when you check out.
Shipping
I usually ship first class mail same day or next day from when your order is placed. I will send you an email to let you know when I will ship. If you are giving as a gift, I can ship directly to the recipient. Please add their address when you checkout on Paypal, or send me a convo with all special instructions. I do not include an invoice in my packages (Etsy will provide one online to the buyer.)
Refunds and Exchanges
All scarves are guaranteed by me. If there is a problem, please contact me for an exchange or refund.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom orders are welcome! Please contact me and provide as much information as you can on what you would like. Scarf blanks come in many sizes, oblong and square...so let me know approximate dimensions and I will get back to you with the closest sizes. I can also do an exact color match when provided with a swatch, or just come as close as possible to an emailed picture. I custom dye silk yardage and ribbon also. Usual turn around time for custom orders is 2 weeks.
WHOLESALE....Please contact for details!
Thank you!
