i'm consciously crafty! i shop local for everything that i can and also use as much organic, eco-friendly, recycled or vintage materials that as possible.
preferred method of payment is paypal but i will happily accept checks and money orders as well. please note that your item will not be shipped until your payment is received and cleared.
for buyers who wish to pay with a credit card but do not have a paypal account- you can still use paypal! click on paypal at checkout and click the “i do not have a paypal account” and follow the instructions from there- you will not be required to set up an account to complete the transaction.
i generally ship usps first class mail. if you prefer another method or would like to purchase expedited or overnight shipping, insurance or delivery confirmation please let me know in the “comment to seller” section when checking out- and i will be happy to add it!
items will ship promptly usually within 1-2 business days. please, feel free to ask any questions!
unfortunately, it is not possible to track packages when they leave the U.S. and delivery confirmation is not available. though i'll be happy to provide proof of shipment, i generally cannot be responsible for packages once shipped internationally.
finally, i usually ship to the address provided by paypal- please make sure that your paypal and etsy address match. i'll be happy to ship to a different address, just let me know during checkout in the ‘comment to seller’ box.
Refunds and Exchanges
your satisfaction is my goal! if you are unsatisfied with your items, please convo me within ten days of receiving it. returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition. unfortunately, i cannot be responsible for return shipping charges (sorry!).
generally, i cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. however, please convo me if this is the case and we will try to figure something out! if you are unsure of the shipping service, please request to purchase insurance.
*please note- most all of my items are ‘one of a kinds’ and i may not be able to reproduce them. if an items is lost or damaged please convo me to discuss out options.
