{Shipping – Current Turnaround Time}
5-15 business days for your order to ship. This includes design and production.
Business days include: Monday - Friday
Business days are NOT: weekends or holidays (even though I work through them). Please do not use weekends or holidays when calculating turnaround time.
Transit time is generally 2-5 business days. Orders ship USPS First Class and Priority Mail.


(Please, make sure to include all personalization information at checkout for a smooth transaction and target date shipping.) If you need a rush order, just let me know! Extra fees may apply. I cannot honor rush order or "request by dates" that are not preapproved via conversation first. Thank you for understanding.

Should I run out of any fabric I will substitute it with a fabric that is very similar. This does not happen often but has happened before.

You will notice some items in the shop ship within 24-48 hours!
All orders are shipped USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation!

{Studio Hours}
Monday- Friday Hours: 8am – 6pm
Extended Hours: After 6pm and over the weekend for rush, holiday & large orders. Also, for product development, web design, design work & proofs.
