Inspired by my life in the country, surrounded by two children, thirteen hens, Violet the cat and my significant Sicilian other - when I'm not busy with our cookery school and artisan food business, I find calm in craft - knitting, crocheting, stitching. When we're not gathering samphire, hunting for woodland fungi or boiling up elderflowers, I'm tracking down lovely linens, Liberty cottons, natural yarns & vintage buttons to do - well, whatever comes to mind!
