Here, in Ophelias Folly ,my little oasis of Etsy, I will be offering Steampunk bustles, victoriana, antiqued, silk, vintage lace, bespoke and One of a kind corsets, lace bustle jackets and alsorts beyond the unusual.
Please pay via paypal as soon as you can.

Some of the items from Ophelias Folly are made to order. I politely ask for 7 days to make up your order if that is the case. I suffer from arthritis in my hands and I have to take things a little slower than I used to.
I will ship your order as soon as it is finished. I really appreciate your patience.
I ship ordinary AIRMAIL(which I get proof of sending for) It can take between 10 to 14 days to get to America.
If you would like your item a little faster, I can ship AIRSURE(which is signed for trackable and costs more) it usually takes around 7 to 10 days to get to America.
I can also ship DHL or something similar, which can get to America in around 3 days and is rather more expensive to send.
Refunds and Exchanges
CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I am confident you will be happy with your purchase. I make every effort to describe products accurately. However due to their handmade design I cannot accept liability for slight variations in the actual goods. In line with the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 days after receiving your order to inform us that you would like to cancel your order, you then have 7 days in which to return the goods.
PLEASE NOTE - this does not apply to bespoke 'made to measure' items which cannot be returned or refunded. They have been especially made for you.
Please contact me the first instance to arrange the return or exchange of any item. This can be done by convo-ing me or sending me an email to opheliasfolly1 [!at] yahoo.com
When returning an item these conditions must be met:
Let us know BEFORE you send the item back.
Items must be 'as new': unopened and unused with all tags still attached.
Please note that if you are returning an item, we are not liable for any package that is lost in the post. We therefore suggest the item must be sent back using a trackable/recorded delivery method.
A refund for the product price will be initiated once we have received the returned goods. The original delivery charge will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost for returning the item. In the case of goods returned for refund, payments will be refunded within thirty days of our receiving the goods in good condition.
Orders are checked before being dispatched and are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. However, if your order is damaged or faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 48 hours. After this time we will not accept responsibility.
If an item is deemed faulty, please contact me and I will organise a refund or exchange on receipt of the faulty product. I will bear the return delivery cost of standard recorded postage and the cost of sending a replacement item to the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.
