Payment
I accept Paypal and I will accept postal money orders (from the US post office only) for orders over 50$ or more. Please contact me first.
I expect payment within 3 days unless we make arrangements otherwise. I will convo AND email you after an hour or so of realizing you have not paid (as so to give you plenty of time), but after the three days, I will cancel your order. If you need more time to pay, thats fine--just make sure to let me know by convo or email. Thanks for understanding.
Shipping
Shipping Policies:
I ship in the afternoons, two or three times a week. If you need something sooner, please let me know and I can try to ship it out sooner, however, I do need to be told in a convo, so you make it perfectly clear when you want your order. If you aren’t sure I can get something to you on time, please convo me first, so we can see what will work for you.
I ship to your ETSY address, not your Paypal address. Please let me know otherwise. If you do not email me, I will not be responsible for the delay in shipment. I pride myself in quick shipping, but I can’t pull the information from you!
Shipping Upgrades:
Upon request, I will definitely upgrade shipping. You just need to convo me to see the rates. For domestic buyers, Overnight is 20$ and Priority (2-3 days) is 5$. Also, for international buyers for who I do not have a specific price for the country, please convo me so I can check. If you’d like insurance/delivery confirmation for domestic packages or would like to send your package registered mail for international packages, please contact me and I will edit the listing or invoice to reflect the price. I ship with the USPS, so you can check any of their other rates at their website, http://www.usps.com
CUSTOMS FORMS:
I will not mark the customs form as "gift" for you, as this is an illegal practice. There may be some duty tax or fee on the receiving end, but that is up to the recipient to pay. Thank you for understanding this policy.
Combining Shipping:
I combine shipping on all of my items, each item is 50c more per additional item. I also combine shipping with the following shops:

Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept returns, but I do accept exchanges/store credit if your item doesn't fit your desire for it. Just ship the item back to me, and I will take care of the rest for you once I receive the item. If I do not receive the item back, there is nothing I can do, so please, if you find it necessary to add delivery confirmation or insurance, please do.
If any part of your piece gets broken or no longer functions, (the clasps/chain/etc), please ship it back to me and I will fix it free of charge. All I ask is for you to pay shipping to my address, and I’ll fix it and send it back at my cost.
