Welcome to Orgo Cosmetics!
Established in January of 2010, Orgo is run single-handedly by a 23 year old girl (me- Amber!) on the coast of Maine. Here you will find handmade soaps, bath and body products. Everything is made in small batches to ensure freshness!

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after payment is received. Any overcharged shipping costs exceeding $1.00 will be refunded to you.

OrgoCosmetics' Shop Policies

Welcome

Orgo cosmetics is a newly launched bath and body care company. Our line consists of sugar scrubs, body lotions, shower creams, bath bombs and handmade soaps. Everything is made by hand, in small batches to keep our products as fresh as possible! Our fabulous products are the result of years of research, testing and creativity.

Payment

Currently we only accept payments that are secured through paypal!

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, within 48 hours after payment has been received. If you have placed an order on Friday evening (generally after 4pm), saturday or sunday, it will be shipped the following monday. If that Monday happens to be a holiday the, order will be shipped Tuesday.

All orders are shipped via USPS unless other prior arrangements have been made!

Refunds and Exchanges

Do to the nature of the product, we do not currently accept returns, however if you have are unhappy with something you have purchased please let me know as soon as possible and I will work with you to correct any problems.

We will replace any items that are lost (5-7 business days US and Canada, 10-20 business days anywhere else) or damaged. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about your order!
