OtakuPolish is made using suspension base, so it won't settle! Additionally, all OtakuPolish is 3-free, cruelty-free, and handmade with love by me, Ilze Anna. I make each polish completely from scratch using nail polish base and loose art glitter - absolutely no store bought polish is involved!
