All prices are in USD dollars.
Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Payment for a purchase is required within 3 days.
Payment options- Australian customers are welcome to pay by PAYPAL or DIRECT DEPOSIT.

What company do you ship with?
I ship with Australia Post using Registered Post, includes tracking within Australia
International customers - (Registered Post International) to countries where (Pack & Track International) is not available. I do offer (Express Post International) at an extra cost to customer. Please contact me.
Is my order insured?
Insurance is optional. Please contact me.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I guarantee to post your order within 3 working days after payment is received. Delivery times will differ according to location. Being based in Melbourne Australia this can take up to 7 working days in Australia and (8-28 days International). I do offer (Express Post International) at an extra cost to customer and your painting will be shipped with online tracking and insurance and will arrive in approximately 5-10 days from receipt of payment. Please contact me.
Please note some countries/areas may be delayed due to customs examinations.
What if my order gets lost?
If your order has not arrived within 4-5 weeks after you received a shipping confirmation e-mail, contact me and I will endeavor to resolve the situation. All my parcels sent are registered, so you should always be able to track it online. To ensure the security of your order, I advise you insure your parcel (see above)
Packaging & Shipping Costs:
All artworks will be packed professionally. I use custom- made strong cardboard boxes or pouches for all my artworks for safe delivery to your door.
All customs and tax costs to your country are paid by the purchaser.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering. The artist will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office.
You may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your purchase cost and must be paid directly by you. The artist will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds are given on a case by case basis.
(I do not refund for change of mind or, if artwork is too large or too small)
All returns must be made with 7 days in Australia and 14 days international of receipt of product. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving the artwork, to discuss your reasons and receive a full refund (less all shipping costs and insurances) once it arrives at my studio in a good condition.
(Customer pays all return shipping costs and the artwork must be insured)
I also offer refunds if there is a serious listing error on my part. I do offer a detailed description and multiple images of my artworks. Some monitors may show different tones in the artwork.
If you are unsure of the size of the artwork or the colors, please send me a convo before buying. I can send you more photos and explain anything you might like to know concerning the artwork.
We send all items via Australia Post. You are able to follow your parcels progress via their web site .http://auspost.com.au/track
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with my services, please contact me immediately. I send all parcels by Australia Post and I will also provide as much assistance as possible to locate any missing parcel or discuss any other issue you might encounter.

Every parcel that leaves my studio is bubble wrapped and placed into appropriate custom made packaging. For comfort of mind I have found Australia Post to be reliable and have not had any issues to date with goods being delivered in poor condition.
If insured any damage through delivery will be the responsibility of Australia Post and or their contractors or agents.( Please take photographs of all damage for insurance claims) All claims for refund will be followed up with them.
