We often times do not receive messages sent via email or via the Paypal "Notes" section until after we have shipped the package so please use convo instead.
Payment
Payment is due via Paypal immediately upon checkout. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your sale will be canceled and the goods will be relisted.
Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped two to three times per week via First Class US mail. If you need your order quickly or by a certain date, please contact us *before ordering* to discuss expedited shipping as we cannot guarantee shipping times otherwise.
Once your package has shipped, Paypal will send you a notice via email with delivery confirmation information. We rarely update invoices in Etsy to show the items having been shipped since Paypal sends out this separate email so please do not panic if your item is not marked as shipped in Etsy's system.
Delivery confirmation is provided for US orders and if a package is shown as lost or undelivered after an extended time, a replacement package will be sent.

International orders will ship 1-2 times per week via USPS First Class Mail. Due to customs, international shipments can sometimes be delayed while the package is inspected. Again, please contact us to discuss expedited shipping if you need your items quickly or are not comfortable with normal First Class delivery times which can be several weeks (2-6) during busy times of the year.
Due to time constraints, we sometimes do not mark your item as having been shipped in Etsy's system. This does not mean your item has not been shipped. Please check your email for shipping notices. You can contact us if you need further info about your package.
Please note, international buyers will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country. On customs forms, all items will be marked as "Other" or "Merchandise" and at the actual purchase price or value, absolutely no exceptions.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is important to us! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your order to discuss refund, exchange, or other options.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please make sure the address you provide during checkout with Etsy and your Paypal address are correct and up to date, otherwise your shipment could be delayed or your order canceled. In cases where the addresses do not match, packages will be shipped to the address listed on the Paypal invoice. We can not be responsible for packages lost due to inaccurate addresses given by the buyer.
Due to postal insurance requirements, international shipments will not be considered lost for a minimum of 45 days from shipment. We reserve the right to cancel orders to destinations with notoriously bad postal systems which will result in a high likelihood of an undelivered or lost package. If this is the case, a full refund will be given right away.
Many of our buyers have requested that we do not leave them feedback so that they can keep their suppliers discrete. For this reason, as of 3/1/10, we will no longer give feedback on purchases unless specifically requested. Please request feedback at time of purchase in the "Message to Seller" or by contacting us through the shop and we'll be happy to do so. Thank you!
