I asked for advice on how to make it fit my smaller-than-a-pug dog. The seller offered to put a ribbon in the neck so I could adjust it. The seller inserted a crocheted cord that matched the grey knit.. above and beyond all expectations!! Thank you so much!

Tray is okay, but reeked of cigarette smoke when received (as did the packaging material). I had to leave it outside for a couple of weeks to get rid of the smell.
