I can now accept credit and debit cards directly through Etsy! Easy and hassle-free!
I accept Paypal as well. This is a quick way to ensure that I get paid for my time and talents, and then I can quickly send your items!
I also gladly accept personal checks. I understand that not everyone has a paypal. However, this may take longer to process and then send your items!

I usually ship the very next day, once I receive payment and I personally collect your items to pack and ship. I pack all items to the best of my ability, and to ensure that they travel safely. I ship USPS FIrst Class to anywhere in the United States, and they usually arrive within 3-5 days.
I mainly ship from the Bay Area, California. I also involve myself in a great deal of arts and crafts fairs in the area. Check me out on Facebook to find out about such events and save on shipping! I do not often ship internationally, but if you send me a message, we might be able to work something out.
I would be happy to send your item as a gift! Please let me know, and I will include a message of your choosing, a nice gift wrap, and will ship directly to your recipient! An easy way to send gifts out asap!

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If the item was damaged during shipping, please let me know so I can send you a replacement of a similar item, or to fix any issues with the original item. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in the orginal packaging. All shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom orders are on a first-come, first-serve basis. I also work full-time outside of my craft, and will complete custom orders on my next available day off. Please allow a little extra time for me to make your custom order just right! I have received the best ideas from special orders, and welcome any ideas you may have!
