Hello there and thank you for stopping off to browse at my little shop - PaperHeartCreation!

I'm Louise, 29 and from London. I started my shop in November after making a paper heart 3d frame for my wall. A family member commented that she'd not seen anything like it and I should open a shop here. And here I am :] I love making and creating and coming up with new ideas. I've always been into crafts and being creative, whether card making, scrapbooking or photography.

Payment
I prefer Paypal, but will accept cheques and direct payments into my bank account. E-checks take 1 week or more to clear through Paypal, so please allow time for this to happen before your order ships.


Shipping
For frame orders - Frames will be completed and sent to you within 2 - 3 days of your order by Recorded (Signed For) First Class. I will keep in contact and let you know when it's posted.

I ship to the UK and internationally. If you live out of the UK, message me with your location and I will work out the postage prices for you.

I ship to the address on your order. If you wish to have the item sent elsewhere, for example, as a gift or someone, message me with your alternate address.

Confetti - Confetti will be shipped 2 - 3 days after your order by 2nd Class (to try and keep costs down for you after royal mails postage hike!). I'm more than happy to accomondate any custom orders - any text and any numbers. The largest order so far has been for 2500 hearts!


Returns
I'm afraid that I cannot accept returns on bespoke or personalised items unless the items you receive are damaged or not what you ordered. If this happens, please contact me.
