1 out of 5 starsHorrible seller, buyer beware. Gave me a non-working tracking number and did not *actually* ship the item until I filed for a refund, which Etsy gave me, not the seller. Tried tricking me into that the item has been shipped when it clearly hasn't. Seller sent me a screenshot of a shipping confirmation that had that day's date on it, not the date when she SAID it had been shipped, clearly meaning that she shipped it out ON the day when I filed my refund case. Was not kind at all. The dress finally arrived after months of waiting, only to find that the dress is way bigger than the measurements suggested, so I can't even wear it. It's quality is fine, though, no weird smell. I'll be giving it away but it was not worth the two month wait, contacting Etsy THREE times, and bickering with the seller for two days.

The tracking number, which I handed over to the customer right at the beginning is #RC617391845DE and clearly shows: The posting of the item was announced to Deutsche Post by the customer on 22.09.2021. It was posted on 24.09.2021. It was handed over to the International Logistics Center on 07.10.2021 to be forwarded to the country of destination. It has been forwarded to the branch of production at the destination on 13.10.2021. Delivery: 15. Oct. 2021, 21:35 She opened a case on Oct 5th, insisting I sent her a wrong tracking number and would be trying to trick her. Her communication was rather hostile. Etsy decided to refund her with their own funds, because they found it was a shipping issue and not the seller's fault. She did NOT wait 2 months for her item. She still has her money AND the item.
