Papersilly's Shop Policies

Welcome and thank you for visiting my shop. Please take a moment to read over the shop policies before placing your order.
I welcome any questions you have regarding items in the shop so feel free to convo me anytime.
Payment
Full payment is due within 3 days of placing the Etsy order. Paypal payment only. NO cash, check, money orders or cashiers checks are accepted. If payment is not received within 3 days, the sale will be cancelled and a negative feedback will be left for non paying buyer.
Shipping
I only ship domestically within the continuous 48 United States, Alaska and Hawaii. No international shipping. Exceptions: I will ship to international APO and FPO zip code addresses just as long as the USPS considers the address part of their domestic shipping.
Items will only be shipped to a verified or confirmed Paypal address. Items cannot be shipped to "gift" addresses. Paypal address and Etsy address of record must be the same otherwise, the item will be shipped to the Paypal address.
Items are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment or on the first day the post office is open after a holiday. Items are mailed through the US Postal Service. You will be emailed a delivery confirmation number so you can track your order online. Insurance is not included in the shipping fee. If you would like to have your item insured, please notify me and I will notify you of the additional cost for insurance. Once the item is shipped, seller is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
Seller is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost by the USPS during shipment. Any claims for damage should be directed to them. You should retain all packaging and document all damage before opening. Shipping insurance is available for an additional charge if you would like to purchase it. Refunds and Exchanges
For ready-made items purchased through regular Etsy shop listings: You may exchange an item but there are NO REFUNDS allowed. No exceptions. Please notify me within 3 business days of your receipt if you are not happy with your item and would like an exchange. I can assist you in finding another item in the shop to exchange your item with. You are responsible for the shipping fee for the new item and also the return shipping of the item. Before the exchange can be issued, you must return the item to me in it's original, unused condition, and in it's original packaging. Return postage is at your expense. I must recieve the item back within 7 days of your notifying me of your return or exchange. An exchange can be issued only IF the returned item is inspected and determined to be unused and in sellable condition.
An item with a list price of $100.00 and above is considered a specialty item. There are no refunds or exchanges on these specialty items. Please review the item listing carefully before placing your order. All sales are final on these particular items.
Custom orders: No refunds or exchanges.
Additional Policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS: ALL SALE ARE FINAL on Custom Orders. Due to the custom and specific nature of these orders, there will be NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES on customer ordered items. FULL PAYMENT must be received within 3 days of placing the Etsy order.
Once the custom order is placed, any changes, additions or deletions to the order will result in additional charges which must be paid before further work can be done on the project. Custom orders are not subject to buyer's review, preview, and/or pre approval prior to completion. All work will be completed at Seller's discretion. Seller will have complete and final decision on the format, design, and composition of the custom item.
