Payment

I accept Paypal, personal checks, and money orders. Payment is due within 5 days of purchase. If you are sending a check or money order, email me to let me know it’s on it’s way. Checks and money orders must clear before I ship.

Shipping

Items will ship within a week from the USPO. I will use Parcel Post (seven day delivery) unless you request a different form of shipping. If you need it sent Priority Mail or UPS, just let me know & we can sort it out. When possible, I'm happy to combine shipping on items.

All items will be nicely wrapped. You can immediately give them as gifts or keep them as a treat for yourself! Gifts can be also be wrapped & sent to a different address. Contact me and we’ll sort it out.

Hand delivery may be available for some local areas. Just ask!

Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason your purchase is not everything you thought it would be, it’s OK. I want happy customers, not a fat bank account. If you contact me within the first 48 hours after your package arrives, we can sort out a refund or an exchange. Shipping & handling cannot be refunded. Sorry.

If for some reason your item arrives damaged, contact me within the first 48 hours and we can sort out the details for returning the broken item to the studio for exchange or full refund.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All items are made in a smoke free home. We do have a dog and a cat. Though I try to keep them away from my materials, their fur has been known to travel. Please keep this in mind if you are deathly allergic to either.

Custom orders are possible. I do not charge extra, but may ask for a deposit to cover materials. Please remember that basket making is time intensive, especially if I have to dye the materials. It may take a few weeks to fulfill your request. Contact me so we can sort out details.

Any piece that has been dyed, was dyed in my studio by me. I use mostly natural basket dyes. These colors will fade over time. It’s a natural part of the basket’s aging process.
