ParkerWitty gave me updates on a regular basis, so I knew what was happening and where in the process they were in the completion of the rug. When the rug arrived, we were over the moon with the beautiful bright materials used (the bright colors were requested by us), the quality of the weave, and the unexpected softness overall.
