Well, I pretty much use the cutest cotton fabrics to make fun, simple, elegant pieces that don't cost a fortune. Isn't it so much more fun to wear a bargain than a ripoff!?!
Payment
I accept Paypal. Payment is expected within 24 hours of order.
Shipping
[ Who do you use as a shipper? ]
Domestic and International orders are mailed using Priority mail with United States Postal Service WITH delivery confirmation.
****IMPORTANT****
Once a dress has been shipped and a tracking # issued, I cannot be responsible for what happens in transit...meaning, I cannot be responsible if the USPS "loses" your package, it arrives damaged, etc. If you would like to safeguard this, please purchase additional insurance. It probably costs about $2 or $3 per item, convo me first. (In 375 sales, I've only had this happen once, but I felt the need to include this!)

Yes, with Priority mail.
[ Do you charge Handling Cost? ]
No, just shipping cost ONLY.
[ Is Insurance included? ]
No. But if you want insurance added, write in the comment section upon checkout and I'll e-mail a revised invoice.
[ Estimated time of completion? ]
Well, Etsy has been kind to me as I've been blessed with lots of customers this Spring - thanks everyone! For this reason, my production time has slowed to 4 weeks. (The other alternative was to raise my prices but I like this option better!)
If you need it sooner, convo me to let me know and include a message in the comment section upon checkout as well. I will do what I can to accommodate you as much as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please be VERY CERTAIN of your size when ordering.
RETURNS:
I can offer a 100% credit toward another piece in my shop OR a 70% refund on unworn & unwashed items so long as they are postmarked within 1 week of your receiving the item. Refund will be granted once item is returned to me and found to be in mint condition (ie. the same condition as when I sent it to you) and must be returned at buyer's expense. I'm sorry for this, but I think it just makes sense.
NOTE: I am very happy to chat with you about the size to make reasonably certain that the garment will fit you. For instance, if you're large busted, please convo me about the possibility of a garment fitting your chest. Same for those, like me, who are slightly less "privileged."

I am always available to consider a custom order. I can't guarantee I'll accept the offer, but I'm delighted to hear ideas. I am raising 2 little people under 3 years of age. If they like the idea, I do it!
