Welcome to Pavlova & Fox's shop policies.
Payment is by PalPal, please.
If you do not have a PayPal account, please contact me to discuss other payment options. I can also offer you helpful helpful advice on setting up an account with PayPal, which is simple and easy.
Pavlova & Fox use the Royal Mail's postal service. All UK items are sent second class. Actual shipping times depend upon the order, but the item description area for each product details expected timelines.
Air Mail is used for international dispatches.
Shipping costs include the actual cost of shipping, plus a small amount to cover the cost of shipping supplies and materials.
Please note that I tend to use recycled boxes for the outer wrapping of items. This keeps the postage costs down. If you would prefer, a brand new box, please let me know so I can amend postage fees.
Customers are always notified when items are dispatched.
If you are keen to place a large order, pleas contact be to discuss so that I can offer you a shipping discount.
International customers: if the shipping price turns out to be significantly less to ship to your destination I will refund the difference via PayPal.
Refunds and Exchanges
Pavlova & Fox endeavour to provide the very best quality products. However, as some items are vintage, there may be signs of wear and tear. However, these are detailed in the item's description.
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me to discuss refund and return options. Please note that Pavlova & Fox can refund the original purchase price upon return of the goods via PayPal. However, return postage costs are not reimbursed.
