This was a gift for my 96 year old mother for Christmas. It was in PERFECT condition and better than described. This was a wonderful surprise for her, as she plans to come back as a pelican!

Professionally and timely handled transaction

Porcelain candelabras arrived in several broken pieces. I photographed the damage and sent it to the seller, she said she was very sorry. I convo'd again to ask about a refund; no reply. I tried twice more; no reply. Finally I contacted her through a PayPal dispute. She immediately replied to say that she would have refunded me if I had been more patient, but since I contacted PayPal she was withholding my refund indefinitely. I have sent two more messages asking about status of refund; no replies.
