PeggithasPieces's Shop Announcement

I love to make people happy, I love furniture and accessories, and I love art supplies. So why not put it all together I ask myself? What you see here is the result of this deep inner insight!

I've been a doodler all my life and that turned in to a very serious hobby when I learned to use watercolors. My breadwinning career has been as an corporate controller, but a year ago I realized that I was no longer living a life I was proud of. Tons of overtime and stress and a dwindling down of creative pursuits to pretty much nothing. So, I took a huge plunge and quit the big job! Now I do some part-time consulting and the rest of the time I am working on developing my art as a business. It's been a fabulous year of painting and learning and I'm looking forward to more.

I've won several awards for my work which has appeared on magazines, greeting cards, prints, furniture and jewelry. I find great excitement knowing there are so many paintings to be done and much to learn.
