People often find kid's clothing sizes confusing mainly because sizing is often too small for large Western kids. I have created my own generous sizing by the age - a size 3 for a 3 year old and so on - a garment sized large enough to wear through that year. Please take into account the seasons in your particular country when choosing sizes for warm weather clothing. Also realize that Pelangi Design clothing will never shrink as the cotton batik fabric was boiled during the hand-dying process.

Wash Pelangi Design batik clothing with similar colors in cold water with a mild detergent. Line dry in the shade or in the dryer on low to medium heat. Continue to wash with similar colors in cold water. Light iron if necessary. The back fabric of my accent pillow covers is a poly blend. Iron only when necessary with a warm iron.

All my products are ready to ship. Orders are shipped the same day as purchased or next business day. Most international parcels take ABOUT 2 weeks to arrive but can take longer as I am shipping from rural Australia, 1 hour outside Perth. Exact arrival times are IMPOSSIBLE to predict. If you are under a time constraint, purchasing an expensive item, or would like to be able to track your order FOR ANY REASON please contact me when purchasing so I can offer trackable shipping rates. I have had many customers tell me my shipping was fast (read reviews). Yet one duvet cover took 4 weeks to arrive. I have never lost anything in the mail.

AusPost does not offer trackable shipping without paying extra rates. It is the customer's responsibility to contact me for trackable shipping rates. I would recommend paying extra for trackable shipping for larger expensive items like a duvet cover or if you are under a time constraint and want to be able to follow the progress of your order.

Each one of my products has been quality controlled before shipping. I do not accept returns but am happy to exchange if a garment or product is clearly damaged or defective in some way. If you find a construction problem with your purchase please contact me to resolve the issue.
