I accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through PayPal for fast, easy and secure transactions. If you don't have a PayPal account, that's not a problem! Please note payment must be made within 4 days, or I reserve the right to cancel the sale.
I ship all orders USPS first class shipping.
If you would like to insure your package, please contact me prior to sale and I will add insurance to the shipping cost.
Shipping cost includes actual postage cost plus packaging materials,etc.
Please make sure your PayPal address matches your Etsy address. If you want your item shipped to a different address(other than your PayPal address), please let me know in the "notes to PennyNPaulette" section of your order or using the conversation feature on Etsy.
Refunds and Exchanges
We create handmade and unique items. Although we take great care in creating our items, due to the process there may be slight imperfections.
If you are not happy with an item and want to return it, we will be happy to refund the purchase price of the item (shipping fees are non-refundable) and the return shipping fees are payed by the customer. We must receive notification from you within 3 days of delivery. You have 7 days to post the return. In order to process returns, we must receive the items in the same condition as received in the original packaging. If a returned item gets lost in the mail, we will not be responsible for the value of that item, to avoid any problems, you can opt to insure your return package when posting it back to us.

Additional Policies and FAQs
~We welcome custom orders, allowing 3 weeks for delivery. Payment needs to be received before we craft your custom order.
~We take custom orders for slippers, dish/wash cloths, burp cloths, bottle cozies and Itty Bitty Babies (color of hair,skin,hairbow,teeth,etc.)
~We will make every effort to create your one of a kind gift just the way you want!
CHARMS/PENDANTS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
~All of our charms/pendants come with either a spring ring or lobster claw clasp. one clasp per charm/pendant.
CARE FOR YOUR HANDMADE ITEMS AND VINTAGE JEWELRY:
Just some tips on how to care for your charms/pendants, vintage jewelry, earrings, bracelets and necklaces:
1) Remove jewelry when showering, swimming,etc.
2) Jewelry is fragile, items can break when dropped or handled roughly.
3) Keep your items in a jewelry box when not wearing.
4) If an item does break, you can use super glue, E-6000, gorilla glue or any other "jewelry" glue.
CARE FOR YOUR KNITTED ITEMS:
~All of our knitted items can be laundered regularly. You can wash with your favorite laundry soap and use your favorite fabric softener on all our knitted items.
~Colors do not fade from regular laundering, however the use of a large amount of bleach may affect the color of an item.
CARE FOR YOUR VINTAGE ITEMS:
~Because of the age of vintage items, it is important to handle them with care. They should also have a safe and secure place to be on display.
