Welcome to Perfect Details. Thanks for dropping by! If you have any questions or want a custom item, please convo me and I would love to meet your requests. All items are made with the utmost care for durability and style. I hand pick my materials with care and try to use as many upcycled items to lower your cost, as well as mine. I love a good bag, either purse or bag. Truly a fashion accessory for every season. I have bought so many purses and bags that just don't work for me, functionally speaking. They have ended up in a sad plastic tote in my storage room. So I am on a mission to create bags and purses that you love and that work for you. Please don't hesitate to ask me questions or request custom pieces. Also, feedback is awesome!
All products are made in a smoke free and pet friendly home a small town in Alberta, Canada.
If you live in the Edmonton/Wetaskiwin area, please contact me before you pay and we can work out a drop off/pick up and cut out the cost of shipping.
Payment
Shipment will not occur until payment is received in full. We accept Paypal (& credit cards thru Paypal) and money orders. You don't need to be registered with paypal to use their service. You can pay with your credit card through paypal.com now!
Shipping
Canada Post Priority Mail is the primary supplier of shipping. If you would like it shipped faster, please convo me and I will let you know the price for FedEx.
I ship to your Etsy address so please make sure that is your correct address. If an item is sent back to me, I will contact you and there will be an additional shipping costs.
Shipping is 1-2 business days after payment is recieved and cleared. If there are delays, I will let you know promptly! Your item may come in re-used packaging.
If you would like insurance or a delivery confirmation with your purchase, please let me know in the 'Message to Seller' part of checking out and wait for me to send you an updated total.
I will ship internationally. You are responsible for any charges or taxes that your countries customs office may place on your package.
I am not responsible for lost or damaged items shipped without insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is for our transaction to be a great one and for you to be happy. Items can only be returned if I've made a mistake on the representation. Buying online can be a tricky one, but my measurements and photos have been taken with great care. Keep in mind that colors may very from your screen to the next. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are completely and utterly unsatisfied. I cannot accept returns after 7 days of the buyer receiving the item. I will quarantee my bags up to 90 days from purchase against defect. After that, I cannot guarantee against wear and tear.
Custom orders are final sale with no exceptions.
