Hello! Thank you for visiting my policies :)

Payment

Payment is due within 3 days of the sale. If you have any problems with payment, or need to delay payment by a few days, please let me know. I will be happy to work with you.

Payments via e-check usually take a few days to clear. I will let you know via convo when your item is ready to ship.

Shipping

Shipping methods:

United States: USPS First-Class Mail (estimated 2 - 5 days)
Everywhere else: USPS First-Class International Mail (varies - usually 2+ weeks)

I ship in a sturdy cardboard box to prevent damage during shipping.

I do not accept local pickup/delivery as this is a home business.

I can upgrade your shipping option if you would like expedited shipping.

---International Customers---

I am more than happy to ship internationally! But please do be aware of your country’s VAT, customs/regulations, tariffs, and other pertinent policies. Also, unfortunately the USPS does not provide set time frames or tracking information for 1st Class International shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are accepted for any reason. However, the item must be shipped within one week of receiving the item. I will refund the entire purchase price, including the shipping cost. The item must be returned in new condition. Refund will be awarded once I have received the returned item. Please make sure to include your Etsy user name to help expedite the processing of your refund.

Items come from a smoke-free home. All items are new, never worn.

---Gift wrapping information---

At this time I do not offer special gift wrapping services. However your order will come packaged in one of the following ways:

- Regularly sized kanzashi are packaged in kraft gift boxes with organza ribbon
- Long/irregularly sized kanzashi are packaged in decorative organza gift bags

Each order is then padded in white tissue for safe-keeping and placed in a sturdy cardboard box. If you would like a short message included with your order, please let me know in the notes section while checking out and I will include it for you.
