Pigeon Toe Ceramics grew out of a deep love for handmade dishware and the Scandinavian aesthetic. Our process harks back to an older era when machines weren’t available to do the ‘heavy lifting’ of production. Each and every piece that comes out of our Portland, Ore studio bears the mark of the human hand - each thrown on the wheel and carefully nursed by us to their finished state. Working predominately in porcelain, the fickle but most lovely clay body around, we craft beautiful, modern and affordable heirloom dishware with a story.
