As another shop owner, it is a pleasure to not only deal with the owner, "Pam" on a couple of occasions, but also to receive her mirror, with gorgeous specimen's and a fantastic design. I told her it was a mother's day gift, and she added special pink, red and white tissue paper around the packing, for an added touch. She kept me informed about shipping, which was quick.
