sure, I do wholesale orders for companys like Tokyo Royale (located United Kingdom & online), so i have experience in the process.
Depending on size of order, i may require 4-6 week production timeline.
Austrailia is VERY expensive to ship to, so just fair warning to add $100 to med/large shipping cost.
I do offer tracking and express mail on request.
i don't stock Joann's Fabrics, due to mass avialablity to their products. But i can get you most products from Superbuzzy.com (local japanese imported fabric store) and limited collections from a speciality fabric store in my town, in additional to solids with custom screens by myself.
labor is $20 on top of cost, per skirt. $30 per dress
