Crochet and knit items for men, women, teenagers and babies. Baby and Grow up blankets are our specialty and we love to work on custom orders. Please contact us with your any and all requests.
We accept PayPal, Direct check out with credit and debit cards and checks.
We will ship merchandise within the next two business days after your payment is processed by PayPal, Etsy or your bank. Please take into consideration that payments made with a check will need time for the check to get to me. I will deposit it the same or next day and my bank can take 72Hrs to clear for USA checks and about a week for international checks. We will ship after the check is processed by the bank.
For orders payed via PayPal please make sure to verify your address with them, I WILL NOT SHIP TO UNVERIFIED ADDRESSES in PayPal. This is done to protect YOU and Me from online credit card fraud. If you don't want to create a verified account with PayPal, please pay trough Etsy direct check out or send a check.
We ship via U.S. postal service with First class mail and Tracking Number. If you need Priority or Express mail services please contact us before buying so I can give you a quote and estimated date of delivery. If you approve the quote, a custom listing with the new shipping service will be created in your name.
We ship worldwide via US postal service in First class mail. Priority and Express services can be provide by request only. No tracking Number is available for international mail.

Refunds and Exchanges
At Pinky Roo, we want you to be completely satisfied with every one of your purchases.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 business days upon receipt of your item(s)for a full item price refund. Shipping expenses are non-refundable.
You must contact us to make arrangements for a return prior to sending it back.
Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as shipped.
The item(s) may not be altered in any way, worn or washed.
A full refund will be issued once we have received the item(s) back. If for any reason the item is not received or not received in the same condition it was shipped, we will contact you immediately.
Refunds are for the amount of the item(s) purchased only. Shipping costs are not refunded.
