I've always described myself as feeling like a "cog in the wheel of life", and always fascinated by the small inner workings of large machines. When I came across this pendant, I was ecstatic. It's gorgeous! Very well made with a beautiful, detailed wire wrap, and I love the way the cogs and wheels seem to just float in space. Hi! I'm from Detroit. I like to make things on the strange and unusual side. I love things on both ends of the spectrum. From pink, glittery and kitschy to dark, macabre and gloomy.

My shop is named after a dear pet of mine that passed away. She was a fat, white, meatball of a cat that I named Pixey (yep, with an EY).

I am mostly inspired by the following styles: Goth, bohemian, rockabilly, psychobilly, victorian era, kawaii, punk, kitsch and retro. Basically I'm in love with all things from another era (however, NOT a fan of the 80's. shoulder pads and spandex aren't my thing ;)

I started my shop back in 2009. I love seeing people connect with a piece of jewelry and fall in love with it. I send out each piece of jewelry thoughtfully wrapped up like a small gift and I treat my customers as I would like to be treated.

I have an amazing spacious studio (I've come a long way from working on my bed!) that is crammed full of jewelry making goodness and cats. You can usually find me at my work table (it's covered with old lady plastic :) with a cat or 2 curled up under my feet, listening to reggae or crickets with the windows open.
