Welcome to our store. We are very happy to be here and welcome any feedback you may have.

At this time, we are accepting payments via paypal or money order.
All orders ship within 2 business days of payment receipt. If you wish to cancel an order, please send us an email. If we haven't shipped yet, we'll be happy to refund your money, less any fees we have been charged.
We ship all US orders via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment receipt. Our business week is Monday through Friday, 8-5 Pacific time.
Any buyer may upgrade to priority mail, with additional package tracking. For information about additional shipping charges just send us an email.
We have recently added shipping for international customers, with rates listed on most of our items. All international shipping is via USPS first class mail with no package tracking. Priority mail and package tracking are available, but will need to be discussed on a case by case basis. Please send us an email if you are interested in these options.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Plover Designs order. If you are dissatisfied with the piece you receive, please send us an email within 3 days of receipt and we'll work out a return or exchange.
All returned items need to be in the condition they were received.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We welcome wholesale and custom order requests. Also, if you see something we previously offered in the shop, but don't currently have listed as available, please send us an email and we'll let you know if it's something we can make again.
All items come from a home containing 2 cats, who rarely wear the jewelry and who never smoke.
