Welcome

Welcome to Polka Dot Kitty Co. - the cat's meow for babies and kids! I am so excited to be able to offer unique and personalized items! My 2 year old daughter has been the inspiration for me since she was born. I also am strangely drawn to polka dots and stripes!

Payment

I accept PayPal as well as checks and US Postal Service money orders. Please allow for checks to clear before shipment. If payment or contact has not been made within 5 days, the order will be cancelled.
E-checks from Paypal and Personal checks: Orders will be held until payment has cleared.

Shipping

I use US Postal service for shipping of items. I do ship 1st class (unless otherwise stated) to keep postage costs down for anyone who is purchasing. If you would like priority mail or express mail, please convo me. Generally I ship 4 - 5 days upon receipt of order during this busy holiday season, sometimes sooner depending on amount of orders I have. If you need it sooner or want to know a definite time when your order can be shipped out, convo me. I do check the "shipped" box when the item has shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please convo me if there is a problem with an order. Custom orders cannot be returned. Personalized items cannot be returned unless I spelled the name differently than what was requested.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I do accept custom orders and am open to considering wholesale and consignment opportunities. I am a firm believer in selling a quality product. I would not sell something that I wouldn't give as a gift myself!
