Polyclarific's Shop Policies

Welcome

Welcome to my shop policies section. I will always do my best to describe an item as honestly as possible. I believe in being generous and honest. I will also include a surprise gift with your order.

Payment

I accept Paypal for all non-Australian residents. Australian residents, contact me for other forms of payment although you are welcome to use paypal too.

Shipping

I send all my items via Australia Post using economy rates. If you would like insurance or a faster way of delivery please contact me and I will factor in the costs. I will always try to keep shipping prices fair and do not believe in over charging for profit.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am happy to refund your money if your item:

- does not arrive at its destination
- is broken in transit
- breaks within the first week of use

I do not refund funds if you decide you don't like the item once it arrives.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am happy to consider alchemy and custom orders and may consider larger orders also. I require a deposit of 25% for custom orders before proceeding. Please feel free to contact me and ask any questions about the items you see. Often I can make a similar item in a different colour but this is not always possible as many are one of a kind.
