I try to get as close as possible to color requests. Sometimes from camera to monitor, colors get misinterpreted and that is something I can't help and am not responsible for. Please try to be a specific as possible when describing your color choices. If you have any questions or concerns about colors, please contact me BEFORE purchasing.
Please note - If there's a situation where we don't have enough of a certain color that you have requested, we will add either more of any additional colors listed on your invoice, OR make the poms in another color that is very close in shade to the color you requested.

Payment
I do not accept deposits for large orders. All orders must be paid for in full before production will begin, no matter how many poms are ordered.
E-checks take about a week to go through and I will not start on the order until they have cleared!
I do accept rush orders for a fee. I charge $15 extra per kit. Your rush order is then shipped the next business day (depending on size) for more info on this please convo me.
Shipping
For domestic orders, we ship via USPS Priority mail. Delivery confirmation is standard on all domestic orders. Insurance is standard on all international orders. pomfetti orders are shipped via usps first class mail.
APPROXIMATE LEAD TIMES (not including shipping time):
pomfetti: 1 week
1 piece kits: 2 weeks
3 piece kits: 2.5 weeks
5 piece kits: 3 weeks
mobiles: 4 weeks
10 piece kits: 4 weeks
20 piece kits: 5 weeks
35-50 piece kits: 6 weeks
lead times are subject to change at any time.
the combination of any of the above items may result in a longer wait time.
we ship everywhere. shipping costs vary so please check each listing for your location's price. International orders are shipped via USPS first class mail unless requested otherwise. Customers may purchase extra postage for faster shipping methods. Unfortunately it is not possible to track international orders. This being said we cannot promise that your package will get to you, but please note that we have shipped countless packages internationally with USPS and have had little to no problems. Pomlove is not responsible for lost/damaged parcels. if you haven't received your order 3 weeks after shipment, please contact us and we can file an insurance claim with usps so that you can be refunded.
***INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - please note that for insurance purposes we do declare the value of the items that were purchased PLUS the cost of shipping in all customs declarations. we are not responsible for any taxes that may be charged to you once your international package arrives.***
for very large orders (international OR domestic) that require reserved/custom listings, shipping prices should be considered quotes only. if at the time of shipment of said orders extra postage is required, the buyer will be expected to pay for this postage after a shipping cost addendum is added to the order. there are no exceptions & no return options after the items have been made.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive your poms and the colors are noticeably wrong due to a mistake on MY part, you may convo me and let me know you would like an exchange. If time allows, new poms will be sent in place of the original ones. If a pom has been opened/unfurled I can't accept it for an exchange. I do not accept any responsibility for damages that might occur to the poms during shipping or while opening/unfurling/hanging. Refunds will not be given for returned items until those items have been delivered and received by me. PomLove is not responsible for returned packages that have been lost/damaged/stolen during shipment.
For larger orders placed more than 5 days before a refund is requested, there will be a restocking fee of $5 per every 20 poms ordered.
IMPORTANT: if you are ordering poms for an event, you MUST state the event date in the message box at checkout. if you don't do this, or let me know via email, i cannot give you a refund if said date has passed, or if the item cannot be shipped in time, but you can exchange your item for another of the same value.
Additional Policies and FAQs
all of my papers and packaging are from the Greenway line of products. they are recycled, natural and/or sustainable. my colored tissue papers are made from 100% post industrial recycled material and my white tissue paper is made from 100% post consumer recycled fibers. my cello bags are 100% biodegradable and/or compostable. i make all of my embellishments with found/vintage materials.
for ideas on how to recycle your poms after an event, please convo me. i've come up with some fun alternatives to the rubbish bin:). likewise, if you have any ideas, please let me know.
