For me nature is the basis of influence in so much of our daily lives, many of natures most successful structures can be found within architectural design and engineering. Whenever I look at the romantic and stunning spiral of a nautilus shell I think of the soft romantic sweep of a spiral staircase. These miniature worlds turn into a landscape of natures design and I can lose myself in the forms and structures that fascinate me as an artist.
