Please be aware that once your item has left our hands we cannot be 100% responsible for it. Prdy Little Things is return and exchange friendly! If there is a problem with your order please contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to address the issue. Items that arrive broken will be promptly replaced or refunded (minus shipping cost) upon the items' return to us.
